  my kid, and cristmas

  i have been able to tell my kids that since we are jw's we don't do cristmas.. to help the kid, we are giving presents every other week until the seasons over, to make them feel good about themselves.. the other day, she starts humming "jingle bell rock".

  i told the kid not to do it, since we jws don't do cristmas.. the response was "the songs not about cristmas, but about jingling and rocking".. what should i do really?.

  i'm trying to instill things like: "as jws we dont do this and that".

  yknot, thaNks for lyrics! 'jingle balls' is an nother song i used to think was an xmas song but never mentions xmas at all!

  i was "counseled"* for being mad that my jw boyfriend began dating my sister.

  it was wrong of me to have feelings.

  any embarrassment i felt was due to being puffed up with pride.

  while at the edge near an aisle a jw lady about 45 yrs.

  i got a "G" on my #4 tonite!

  i had the #4 talk tonite on 2nd peter-why beneficial.

  Did you ever really have true blue friends being a Witness?

  looking back i don't think i really ever had any good friends being witness, cause if i would have some out of all those people and so called friends i thought i had, you would think one of them would have looked me up over the years.

  never had friends! i guess they like rich kids. or expected more from me. jdaubs are thefriendliest lot in the world? NEVER! they have conditional love. some might have friends, but not me! only accquintences.
